This Privacy Policy describes how Jobырь ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform.
1. Identity & Contact

2. What We Collect
We collect the minimum data necessary for the service to function:
- Account: Email and hashed password — for authentication (stored by us).
- Profile: Name (optional) — for display in UI (stored by us).
- Credits: Balance and transaction history — for billing (stored by us).
- Research reports: Company analysis from public sources — for reuse and caching (stored by us).
- Job links: URLs of jobs added by you — for pipeline linking (stored by us).
- Payment: Stripe Customer ID and session ID — for payment linking (stored by Stripe, NOT us).
- Functional cookies: Auth token and locale preference — for service operation (browser).
3. What We Do NOT Collect
We do NOT collect or store:
• Card details — processed exclusively by Stripe
• Advertising or marketing cookies — no third-party analytics
• Tracking pixels or fingerprinting — not used
• Content of your CV — we do not inspect or validate it
• Device data — except User-Agent for compatibility
4. User-Generated Content
We are not interested in the content of your documents. You may upload a real CV or test data — we do not care. All generated documents (CVs, cover letters, fit reports) belong to you. You can delete any of your documents at any time through your dashboard. We do not use your documents for model training, marketing, or sharing with third parties.
5. Research Reports
Research reports are compiled from public sources (career pages, LinkedIn public profiles, Glassdoor, etc.). Reports are linked to companies, not to users. One report may be reused by other users for the same company. You can delete your pipeline data; the company research report may remain as it contains no personal data.
6. AI Processing Disclosure
Job descriptions and CV content are sent to AI providers (OpenAI / Anthropic) for:
• Fit analysis
• Tailored document generation
• Quality validation
We use API mode with no training on your data (per OpenAI API ToS and Anthropic API ToS). Data is not retained by AI providers beyond 30 days (standard API terms).
7. Data Retention & Deletion
Account data: retained while active — deleted when you delete your account.
Generated documents: retained while active — you can delete anytime.
Fit/check reports: retained while active — you can delete anytime.
Research reports: retained indefinitely (public data, no personal information).
Credit transactions: retained for 7 years (Estonian accounting requirements).
Stripe payment records: per Stripe's retention policy.
8. Third-Party Services
Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy).
OpenAI — AI generation (openai.com/privacy).
Anthropic — AI generation (anthropic.com/privacy).
We do NOT use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising networks, or marketing trackers.
9. Cookies
We use only functional cookies:
• auth_token — JWT authentication token (session cookie)
• locale — selected language (en/de/ru)
No advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies are used.
10. Your Rights (GDPR Articles 15–22)
Right to access — view your data (visible in your dashboard).
Right to rectification — update your data (through dashboard).
Right to erasure — delete your account and all data.
Right to data portability — export your data (JSON).
Right to object — refuse processing.
Right to lodge complaint — Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, Estonia.
11. International Transfers
Data may be processed in the USA (AI providers) under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Stripe processes payments in the EU (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited — Ireland).

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material changes take effect.
