All purchases of credits on Jobырь are final. We do not offer monetary refunds for purchased credits, whether used or unused.
2. No Cash Conversion
Credits cannot be converted back to money under any circumstances.
3. Credit Compensation
If you experience a technical issue (bug, AI error, downtime) that causes unintended credit loss, contact us via the Support Chat in your dashboard. Our administrator will review your case and may grant complimentary credits at their discretion.
4. EU Consumer Rights
By purchasing credits, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m).
5. Account Deletion
Upon account deletion, any unused credits are forfeited. No refund or compensation will be provided for remaining credits.
