These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Jobырь platform. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Jobырь is a platform for optimizing the job application process using AI. The service helps analyze job listings, research companies, and generate tailored CVs and cover letters. The service is a tool — we do not guarantee employment.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable. One account per person.
3. Account
You are responsible for your login credentials. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
4. Credits & Payments
Our business model:
We sell credit balance for using the system. This is NOT a subscription. Credits do not expire. Each paid feature (AI analysis, document generation, research, etc.) deducts a specific number of credits.
Pricing: Current prices for paid features are displayed in your dashboard before each action. We reserve the right to change the cost of paid features. Price changes take effect immediately for new operations (already purchased credits are not devalued). Our goal is to reduce operation costs as we implement technical optimizations.
Credit packages: You purchase credit packages via Stripe Checkout. Available packages and their EUR prices are displayed on the Top Up page. We may change package composition and prices with notice on the site.
5. Refund Policy
All purchases of credits are final. No monetary refunds are provided for purchased credits, whether used or unused. Credits cannot be converted back to money. If you experience a technical issue that causes unintended credit loss, contact us via Support Chat in your dashboard. Our administrator will review your case and may grant complimentary credits at their discretion.
By purchasing credits, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m).
6. Service Availability & Beta
The service is provided "as is", without uptime guarantees. During beta testing, interruptions, bugs, and data loss may occur. We strive for stable operation but do not guarantee 100% availability. In case of downtime or technical issues causing credit loss, you may contact Support Chat for credit compensation.
7. Intellectual Property
Generated documents (CVs, cover letters) belong to you. The platform, code, and AI prompts are our property. Company research reports contain only public data and are not proprietary.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Create knowingly false or fraudulent documents
• Use the service for spam or mass-application bots
• Resell access to the service
• Reverse-engineer AI prompts or system logic
9. Data & Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and processing. In short: we do not collect unnecessary data, and you control your documents.
10. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee employment. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing generated documents before use. Research reports are based on public sources and may be incomplete or outdated.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We are not liable for: lost profits, data loss, indirect damages. We are not responsible for actions of AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic).
12. Termination
We may suspend your account for Terms violations. You may delete your account at any time. Upon account deletion, unused credits are forfeited (no refund). Billing data is retained for 7 years (Estonian accounting requirements).
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn (Harju Maakohus). For EU citizens, mandatory consumer protection rules of their jurisdiction also apply.
14. Changes to Terms
We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
